Before publishing any statement on this site, it is examined where it has been seen, who controls the source, how variable the information is, and what harm could come to the reader if it is wrong—these four aspects are considered separately.
First, we document what is seen on the page
When opening a public page, its title, language, navigation, visible form fields, game or provider name, payment list, promotional text, footer, and policies are read. No account is created, logged in, forms are submitted, money is sent, or apps are downloaded. How I use legal information from Bangladesh
The Gazette records from the Bangladesh Government Press are checked for the name, number, and publication date of the law. A dated summary from a government news agency may be helpful for general interpretation. These sources reflect the general legal background of Bangladesh; they do not provide licenses, faults, or legal advice for any specific domain or individual. If laws or government records change, the relevant page is re-examined.
Corrections and updates
When new evidence comes in, we first check against the specific domain, document publisher, country, applicable scope, and date. If sufficient evidence is found, the relevant sentence is changed, and if there is a factual change, the update date is added. The date is not changed just to make the page look new. If evidence is incomplete, old confirmed claims are not added.
